If i am using 25 kywds on yahoo do I need 25 subids for kywds for the affiliate link that I use in prosper202? Do I have to grab 25 subids for one affiliate link from Marketleverage? This is the part I'm confused about.

No, you only grab subids when you receive a lead.

does tracking202 assign me a tracking subid to see the lead?

Yes, then you will update those subids from ML into T202
