I have one google adword campaign where i direct link to my affiliate offer.

All the clicks i received is recorded as filtered and from 1 IP adress, moreover in the referral field it doesn't show any referrer.

When I look into my Google Adword account, i have had any real clicks yet. So is there someone behind all those clicks recorded in tracking202 and my affiliate network? Or are there any other reasons??

It's probably the Google bot crawling your ad to see if it can approve it, etc.
