Hi guys, your service is excellent!

I love it so much and I have applied it for many of my campaigns. But may be I set too many campaigns and the data file is too large, I always get this error messege "Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes" and no stat displayed.

Would you please help me solve this problem?

Thank you very much!

Best Wishes,

Terry

Hi terry, thanks for the compliments.

Can you tell the host your using to increase the MYSQL setting 'max_allowed_packet'. That should help it!

The 'max_allowed_packet' setting should be increased, that should fix it.
