I have been suing tracking202 for 2 months now with no probs. All of a sudden 3 days ago, it is no longer appending the subid with the code?

Has this happened to anyone else recently?

Tracking202? It should still be adding the subids. Is it because your network is dropping the subids when the leads come through? Every click in the visitor field should assign a subid unless they've been dropped.

did your campaigns just stop tracking in t202? Are they showing in SPY?

Are you using a landing page(simple or adv?), or direct link? ppc i assume? or ppv, or email?

yip, they just stopped tracking. Every now and then the subid will work, but now maybe 10% of the time.

I am doing a few things for different ppc campaigns:

frame, adv lander and simple lander....all have the same problem.

There may be a problem with your netowkr?

Try changing over your links for a short time to another network, and see what happens.

Someone else had an issue with this over AIM support as well. They're tracking just stopped working. Turns out their web host updated MySQL version without notifying the users. Double check to see if your web host made any software updates that may have indirectly affected the current install.

I just checked with him and he said that he has updated PHP.

do ya think this could hgave done something?

Yeah my subids aren't parsing thru as well, although I can see my keywords in SPY view.

I'm using Ads4dough, btw. Not like I think that is causing the problem

There is a possibility that any update might have interrupted the tracking. I can't say for sure with absolute certainty because this issue never came up before until now and all I know is when the last person had this issue, it was regarding a MySQL update. I would take a wild guess that any random update the webhost tries to do at this point could affect it.

I just asked my host Liquidweb, and they didn't change anything to their end.

When I view my offer redirect link, I can see that it includes a subid on the offer page. Yet, it isn't reflected in the network subids. Any further help here?

are you using the PHP REDIRECT CODE?

It IS showing the SUBID being attached on the AFF LINK? Does it show that in the SPY, that they are clicking THROUGH and it's showing the SUBID. If so its on the network side, for whatever reason.

on DT it will normally only let u download CONVERTED SUBIDS,

goto STATS >> DOWNLOAD OPTIONAL INFO

Yeah I'm looking at SPY right now, and all the sub-ids are there. It just isn't reflecting in the network, but I have no idea why. I have formated the URL so that it will capture the subid perfectly (myafflink.com?blahblah=&subid=).

The issue the other person had was stats wasn't showing on the 202 panel which relates to the webhost updating software. Yours however is different. Yours actually does show up on the 202 side, but not passing through to the network side. This actually happens depending on the network because it gets drop on their side. The most common cases I've seen in the past with users talking about it is usually NeverBlue. This is something you'll have to see as to why it's getting dropped base on the network side as far as I can tell because in your case, the subids are all being record on your end.

Alright I figured out why they aren't working.. wrong links from my network. But I have a question.. if I edit the Campaign URL, do I need to grab the offer php redirect again, or will it auto update in T202?

If it's the link in step 3, it should auto update.
