What's the maximum Adwords Editor file size which can be exported into Yahoo & MSN using your tool?

I think I have around 150,000 keywords, 20 campaigns, 40,000+ ad groups..

As big as your host will take it. Most shared hosting though only allows for 8mb uploads. On our export202.com we have modified it to basically allow any size upload so it should work, try it out it might max out though on your shared host's settings. To fix it you can adjust the time out settings on your php.ini settings if ur able to.

We've had people do 20mb+ files and export them.
