Seriously, we need normal help documentation with screenshots etc. This is how they do it in Adwords training - besides videos, there is a knowledgebase.

The advantage is obvious - search for something specific and avoid loading a whole video!

Tim, I 100% agree. I'll make it a point to have documentation within the next 3 weeks and make it detailed. I agree with you on that and it should be done asap. Will prioritize to do that within the next 2-3 weeks and have it complete.

I second that. My current computer's sound card is busted so watching video is redundant.
