It seems that T202 and P202 could almost be used for performance mailers stats (probably could rig it). I know it's PPC from the ground up, but any plans in the roadmap to provide stats for email campaigns?

Sure, it could be used in a way to track email campaigns, if you setup like the PPC account as an EMAIL account, and just played around with different-variables you could almost certainly track that!
