Frequently Asked Questions

Here will attempt to put together all of the FAQs and answers here.

After I uploaded my files to my server, I received a "byte error."

This problem is because in order for the files to work, they need to be uploaded in binary format. Please re-upload the files in binary format. There should be a setting on your FTP client to upload files in binary format, and this will fix your problem.

Even though Prosper202 is self-hosted, are you still tracking our information?

No, all of the information is stored on your server in your MySQL database. We have no knowledge of any of your keyword data, or anything that you have on your own server. In the application however, we do have our blog feed, and a version checker that does ping our servers on the main account screen. This is simply to feed in the latest development news for the applications, and make possible to alert you when new versions are made avaliable, but it gives us no knowledge of any of your click data.

Tracking202: My leads aren't showing up?

If you have no leads showing up, it is probably because you did not upload your subids yet. Please watch the Tracking202 videos that demonstrate how to do this.

Tracking202: I accidently uploaded all of my subids!

If you made a mistake uploading your subids, you can reset your subids. Simply goto T202 > UPDATE > CLEAR SUBIDS, and this should fix your problem.

Tracking202: My landing pages are not recording my visitors!

This normally happens when people do not make their HTML on their landing pages according to the HTML guidelines. In order for T202 to work you must place our javascript code right above the </body> tag.
